As a vital member of our automotive sales division, you will play an essential role in assisting customers in finding the ideal vehicle that meets their needs and lifestyle. Utilizing our innovative software, you will offer personalized support, guide customers through the purchasing journey, and ensure an exceptional buying experience from start to finish.

Position Overview:

The Finance Manager / Desking Manager will serve as the primary contact for retail sales, training, CRM, and accountability. This role will involve structuring deals for sales personnel to present to clients. When available, this manager will engage with customers to finalize transactions and facilitate the retail finance process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consistently follow up with non-contact sales leads.
  • Conduct credit assessments for clients.
  • Submit credit applications to lending partners.
  • Source and select appropriate vehicles.
  • Structure payments and financing based on credit approvals using our advanced AI software.
  • Prepare sales documentation for the Finance Director.
  • Master vehicle financing to maximize gross profit per vehicle.
  • Interpret credit bureau reports and assist customers in understanding their credit profiles.
  • Work with subprime clients.
  • Assist with vehicle delivery and preparation.
  • Complete all necessary paperwork within specified timelines.
  • Collect customer feedback and manage online reviews.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in lending, mortgages, credit, and collections.
  • At least 2 years of experience in automotive finance (dealertrack, OMVIC, compliance).
  • Experience in phone sales.
  • A strong work ethic and a balanced approach to work and play.
  • Self-motivated and driven.
  • Basic understanding of financial principles (credit reports, loans, risk assessment, etc.).
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a commitment to exceeding expectations.
  • Ability to effectively address and meet the needs of a diverse clientele.
