Retail Supervisor

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivating Retail Supervisor to assist the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring the efficient operation of the store. Your exceptional coaching and mentoring abilities will inspire the sales team to embody the behaviors necessary for delivering authentic and personalized customer service, thereby meeting all sales and service objectives. You will also leverage your retail expertise and cash handling skills to perform essential cash reconciliation tasks at the beginning and end of the day, as well as take on the responsibility of opening and closing the store on a scheduled basis. Required Qualifications
Demonstrated retail experience, preferably in the cosmetics sector Capability to deliver inspiring, genuine, and tailored customer service While not mandatory, prior experience in retail operations, including cash reconciliation and store opening/closing, is advantageous Previous experience in a supervisory capacity, including coaching and mentoring others to meet sales and service goals, is preferred Willingness to work retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and special events in a dynamic work environment Familiarity with retail point-of-sale systems is beneficial Candidates must be able to provide proof of eligibility to live and work in the country if selected for an interview Anticipated Hourly Range: $16.85 to $28.30 (Based on qualifications, skills, experience, and/or budget).
