Compassionate Primary Care Nurse

Position Overview: Are you committed to providing exceptional nursing care? We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to contribute to our Primary Care services. In this role, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe and ethical healthcare delivery to diverse populations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct clinical follow-ups and develop comprehensive care plans.
- Provide direct patient care and support to individuals and communities.
- Engage in interprofessional collaboration to enhance patient outcomes.
Qualifications: The ideal candidate will possess registration with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives, along with a minimum of three years of recent clinical experience in primary care settings. A valid B.C. Driver's License is also required. Strong communication, critical thinking, and leadership abilities are essential for success in this position.
