Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Design Specialist to join our team at BQ INTERNATIONAL LTD. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing and implementing messaging solutions, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement messaging solutions using Microsoft 365 products, including Skype for Business and Microsoft Exchange.
  • Support the deployment and maintenance of messaging systems, ensuring high levels of uptime and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, increasing efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, ensuring that all messaging solutions are properly documented and easily accessible.
  • Provide training and knowledge transfer to team members, ensuring that all staff are equipped to support messaging solutions.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 products, including Skype for Business and Microsoft Exchange.
  • Experience in designing and implementing messaging solutions, with a focus on collaboration and communication.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results.
