About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at ZMP FOOD INC. as a Team Lead. This is a permanent position with a 35 to 40 hour workweek.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and Implement Work Schedules

Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the needs of our customers and staff.

Supervise and Coordinate Food Service Staff

Oversee the activities of food service staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet our high standards.

Train and Develop Staff

Provide training and development opportunities to staff to enhance their skills and knowledge, and to ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.

Estimate and Manage Inventory

Estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, and manage inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.

Ensure Quality Control

Ensure that all food and service meet our high quality control standards, and that customers receive excellent service.

Maintain Records and Reports

Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports as required.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role is required.
