Job Title: Part-time Caretaker II

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-time Caretaker II to join our team at Cochrane Christian Academy & Glenbow Elementary School. As a Part-time Caretaker II, you will be responsible for providing routine cleaning duties and maintaining the overall appearance of our facilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform cleaning tasks with attention to detail and a focus on quality
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve cleaning goals
  • Perform building security checks and maintain a safe and secure environment
  • Keep assigned areas free from ice and snow
  • Work in accordance with Occupational Health & Safety, WHMIS, and other relevant legislation
Requirements:
  • Previous cleaning experience is considered an asset
  • Certifications from cleaning organizations are considered an asset
  • Previous experience within a school division is considered an asset
  • Knowledge of proper cleaning procedures and ability to work independently
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
