Job Description

We are looking for a trusted advisor who can provide financial solutions, strategic advice, and introductions to help our tech clients grow and thrive. As a Banking VP, you will be responsible for creating deep and meaningful relationships with our clients, prioritizing their needs, and delivering a superior client experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide financial solutions and strategic advice to tech clients
  • Initiate introductions to people or businesses that can help our clients
  • Apply a continuous-improvement approach to delivering a superior client experience
  • Create deep and meaningful relationships with clients
Requirements
  • Passion for the tech sector and a desire to play a role in Canada's innovation economy
  • Excitement for trying new things and embracing a constant state of improvement and innovation
  • Technical capability, including comfort with data modeling and analysis
  • Empathy for the unknown and ever-changing, with the ability to adapt to new situations
  • Some banking experience, with at least 3-4 years in commercial lending or business banking
