GMR Safety Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Director, Major Accounts to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with our largest clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Negotiate and Close Large Deals

Develop and execute strategies to secure new business opportunities with major accounts, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

Maximize Customer Value

Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities to increase revenue and customer satisfaction, and develop plans to achieve these goals.

Build and Maintain Strategic Relationships

Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at major accounts, providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure long-term partnerships.

Lead and Develop the Sales Team

Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies, provide coaching and guidance to ensure team members have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.

Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends

Stay current with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to identify opportunities and challenges that may impact our business.

Requirements
  • 7-10 years of experience in C-Level corporate sales
  • Proven track record of success in negotiating and closing large deals
  • Strong understanding of the warehouse environment and asset management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in both French and English, written and spoken
  • Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time
