Job Title: Delivery Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Delivery Operations Manager to join our team at 9270-2802 Québec Inc.

Job Summary:

The Delivery Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our delivery team, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods to our customers. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily operations of the delivery team, including scheduling, routing, and logistics.
  • Ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods to customers, meeting or exceeding service level agreements.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of delivery schedules, routes, and customer information.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer service, and operations, to ensure seamless delivery of goods.
  • Provide coaching and training to delivery team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Monitor and analyze delivery metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Outlook.
Work Environment:

The Delivery Operations Manager will work in a noisy environment, with frequent exposure to traffic and other external factors. The role requires the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
