Job Title: Security Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Officer to join our team at CMI Concierge & Security Inc. as a Loss Prevention Specialist.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for enforcing regulations to maintain order and resolving conflicts, while also monitoring establishment activities. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs
  • Produce reports
  • Enforce regulations to maintain order and resolve conflicts
  • Operate security control room equipment
  • Monitor establishment activities
Requirements:
  • Security Guard License
  • MS Excel
  • MS Outlook
  • MS Word
  • Closed-circuit television (CCTV)
  • Audio-video surveillance
  • Fire safety inspection
  • Interviews/statement taking
  • Preparation of information (evidence) reports
  • Security systems/alarms consulting (residential)
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The work site is an apartment/condominium complex, and the successful candidate must be able to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude.
