We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Client Solutions Associate to join our team at CC&L Investment Management. As a key member of our client solutions team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service and support to our institutional clients.
Key Responsibilities- Client Service and Support: Provide timely and effective support to our clients, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating complex matters as needed.
- Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and deadlines to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
- Communication and Collaboration: Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including investment professionals, operations teams, and other support functions.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and client satisfaction.
- Technology and Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and data, utilizing technology such as Smartsheet and Microsoft Office applications to streamline processes and improve client service.
- Education and Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an institutional investment firm, bank, or trust company.
- Skills and Qualifications: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders. Proficiency in technology, including Smartsheet and Microsoft Office applications, is essential.
