We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to join our Client Operations team in Fund of Fund Custody. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of custody trades and providing exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities:- Review and verify administrator documents for subscription, redemption, and transfer trades.
- Prepare and assist team members in AML and KYC packages as required by administrators.
- Ensure timely execution of custody trades without exceptions.
- Review wires for settlement of custody trades and perform callbacks with third parties.
- Train new team members and participate in system improvement projects.
- Liaise with clients, third parties, and internal teams to resolve queries and issues.
- Allocate custody trades and wires to preparers and ensure all emails are responded to.
- Confirm and accept custody trades as per deadline and assist team members with BAUs.
- Identify gaps and risks in current processes and implement changes as needed.
- Manage a team of 10-12 members and ensure SOPs are in place.
- University degree in accounting or related field.
- Experience in fund administration or investor operations with AML/KYC exposure.
- Proficiency in Adobe PDF and understanding of fund of fund business.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and advanced investigative skills.
