We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to join our Client Operations team, responsible for the administration of fund custody services. The successful candidate will have a strong background in fund accounting and operations, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Review and process administrator documents for subscription, redemption, and transfer trades for clients.
- Prepare and assist team members in AML and KYC packages as required by administrators.
- Ensure timely execution of custody trades and review of wires for settlement.
- Train new team members and participate in system improvement projects.
- Liaise with clients, third parties, and internal teams to resolve queries and issues.
- Allocate custody trades and wires to preparers and ensure confirmation and acceptance.
- Assist team members with BAUs and identify gaps and risks in current processes.
- Liaise with internal IT teams to implement changes as needed.
- Develop and maintain SOPs for processes and manage a team of 10-12 members.
- University degree in accounting or related field.
- Experience in fund administration or investor operations with AML/KYC exposure.
- Proficiency in Adobe PDF and understanding of fund of fund business.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work proactively in a fast-paced environment.
