As a key member of our College Services & Strategy team, you will provide strategic leadership across all HR functions, champion diversity, equity & inclusion, and develop forward-thinking policies and programs to attract, retain, and engage top talent.

About the Role

The Director of Human Resources will be responsible for providing strategic leadership across all HR functions, including Payroll & Benefits, Human Resource Consulting, Labour & Employee Relations, and Employee Health & Wellness. You will work closely with the Vice President College Services & Strategy to create an exceptional employee experience and ensure our workforce is agile, resilient, and future-ready.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership across all HR functions
  • Champion diversity, equity & inclusion and develop forward-thinking policies and programs to attract, retain, and engage top talent
  • Guide the College through transformational HR strategies
  • Oversee all aspects of human resources, including Payroll & Benefits, Human Resource Consulting, Labour & Employee Relations, and Employee Health & Wellness
