Director of Communications, Government & Stakeholder Relations

As a key member of the Chief People & Communications Officer's team, the Director of Communications, Government & Stakeholder Relations will oversee the comprehensive spectrum of communication functions at YYC, ensuring strategic alignment, consistency, and maximum impact. This role involves providing strategic oversight, measuring success, and analyzing data to identify opportunities for growth and success.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Drive communications management, shaping the brand identity and visibility of YYC while integrating messages across various channels.
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies to engage stakeholders and promote YYC's interests.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment across all aspects of the organization.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in communications management, government relations, or a related field.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
