We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Tow Truck Dispatcher to join our team at ALG Automotive Lounge Group Inc. Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate work records and logs to track vehicle movements and activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service to vehicle operators and the public, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
- Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders, adapting to emergency situations as needed.
- Schedule assignments and coordinate activities to optimize vehicle utilization and minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and effective problem-solving.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field, such as taxi, tow truck, or trucking services.
- Proficiency in dispatch management service software, mapping and data visualization software, monitoring and tracking software, word processing software, electronic mail, spreadsheet, and internet applications.
- Ability to work independently, with attention to detail, and in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on efficiency and organization.
The successful candidate will work in a remote location, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the efficient operation of our transportation services.
