Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Consultant to join our team in Manufacturing Improvement Performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing or manufacturing strategy consulting, with a focus on operational excellence and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct business diagnostics to recommend operational improvements for enhancing customer competitiveness;
- Develop recommendations based on Lean Manufacturing techniques and industry best practices;
- Present analysis results and key recommendations to client executives;
- Implement and oversee optimized manufacturing solutions;
- Develop communication plans for employees affected by changes;
- Participate in preparing work plans and service offers as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or operations and logistics management;
- 6-10 years of experience in manufacturing or manufacturing strategy consulting;
- Strong consulting background is a plus;
- Proficiency in LEAN Manufacturing management principles and tools;
- Project or program management experience;
- Ability to lead strategic workshops;
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS-Excel, Power Point, Word, and Ms Project;
- Excellent communication skills in French and English;
- Willingness to travel within Quebec.
