Senior Consultant, Manufacturing Improvement Performance

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Senior Consultant, Manufacturing Improvement Performance to join our team. As a key member of our manufacturing strategy team, you will be responsible for collecting and analyzing relevant information to establish business diagnostics and recommending operational orientations to improve our customers' competitiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop recommendations based on Lean Manufacturing techniques and best business practices;
- Present analysis results and key recommendations to client company executives;
- Implement and monitor optimized manufacturing solutions;
- Develop communication plans for employees affected by the change;
- Participate in activities related to the preparation of work plans and service offers.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- An undergraduate degree in industrial engineering or operations and logistics management;
- 6 to 10 years' experience in manufacturing or manufacturing strategy consulting;
- Consulting experience (an important asset);
- In-depth knowledge of LEAN Manufacturing management principles and tools;
- Experience and knowledge in project management and/or program management;
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate strategic/tactical workshops;
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS-Excel, Power Point and Word and Ms Project;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in both French and English;
- Willingness to travel for projects in the province of Quebec.
