Job Title: Warehouse Associate

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team at MANRO ENTERPRISES LTD. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of goods.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inventory Management: Receive, unpack, and sort incoming parts, supplies, and materials, and maintain accurate records on inventory control systems.
  • Warehouse Operations: Clean and maintain the warehouse, supply area, or office, and perform general office duties as required.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, and provide advice on the use and appropriateness of goods or parts.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Set up displays of retail parts and accessories, and prepare and track work orders, requisition orders, and incoming requisitions.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Office and internet applications.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to distinguish between colors, attention to detail, and physically demanding work environment.
  • Weight Handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs) lifting capacity.
