Branch Operations Manager

Royal Bank of Canada is seeking a highly skilled Branch Operations Manager to join their team in Richmond Hill. As a key member of the branch management team, this individual will be responsible for providing operational and administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of the branch.
Key Responsibilities- Implement the Branch Director's vision and ensure the branch is efficiently and effectively managed.
- Manage daily administrative operations, including approval of transactions, verification of documentation, and account openings.
- Assist with training new branch support staff and coordinate ongoing training initiatives.
- Ensure compliance and internal control requirements are met.
- Manage branch technology access, setup, and troubleshooting.
- Oversee sales support within the branch.
- Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct & Practices Handbook (CPH).
- Meticulous attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- A professional approach to all situations to create a positive working environment.
- Ability to complete duties independently seeking out own answers and solutions.
