As a Customer Service Representative, your primary role will be to greet, assist, and serve clients at the SQDC. You are expected to deliver precise and high-quality information that aligns with the customer's requirements while adhering to the organization's social mission. This part-time role necessitates a minimum commitment of 6 days per week, including weekends.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide customers with detailed information regarding cannabis products and their features
  • Guide customers with an emphasis on safety and health considerations
  • Process transactions at the cash register, manage deposits, and accept payments through various methods
  • Engage in inventory management activities within the store
Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Have a minimum of one year of experience in customer service or retail advisory roles
  • Demonstrate an interest in cannabis marketing topics
  • Availability to work during daytime, evening, and weekend shifts
  • Exhibit strong communication skills and proficiency in the French language
  • Be comfortable using technology and computer systems
  • Legally permitted to work in Canada
  • Completion of the security clearance process is required
  • Successful completion of training provided by SQDC is mandatory
