Job Details

We're seeking a highly skilled and compassionate professional to join our team as an Auto Claims Advisor. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing advice and support to customers, ensuring that their claims are handled efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support customers throughout the claims process, from initial contact to resolution.
  • Gather and verify information to ensure accurate and timely claims processing.
  • Collaborate with internal partners and external vendors to resolve claims.
  • Contribute to team productivity objectives by maintaining a positive file count and open/close ratio.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • One or more years of claims adjusting experience, preferably in auto insurance.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to negotiate positive outcomes.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
