Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Solutions Architect to join our expanding team. As a Cloud Solutions Architect, you will design, implement, and optimize cutting-edge cloud-based infrastructures and applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement scalable, secure cloud infrastructure and services, ensuring optimal performance for client needs.
  • Architect cloud-native solutions for data warehousing, application hosting, and microservices aligned with business goals and security requirements.
  • Design and implement data pipelines using modern data stacks like DBT, Fivetran, and Airflow.
  • Develop and execute cloud strategies focusing on cost-efficiency, security, and performance optimization for clients.
  • Recommend Docker and Kubernetes containerization strategies and guide teams on Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and DevOps best practices.
  • Experience leading cloud adoption and migration projects from start to finish, working closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Continuously monitor cloud environments, perform regular reviews, and adjust solutions to meet evolving business needs and ensure reliability.
  • Continuously evaluate new cloud technologies and tools to enhance architecture designs, driving innovation and efficiency.
  • Create technical documentation, provide training on cloud best practices, and mentor junior engineers.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of hands-on experience designing, deploying, and managing cloud infrastructure, with a strong focus on modern cloud platforms such as Azure.
  • Expertise in modern cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake and Databricks.
  • Strong grasp of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and microservices architecture.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with data modeling techniques for effective data architecture.
  • Familiarity with modern ETL/ELT tools, including DBT for data transformation and integration (nice to have).
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
  • Deep understanding of data governance and security best practices to ensure compliance and data integrity.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral organizational and leadership skills.
