About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Solutions Architect to join our team at Toparo. As a key member of our digital transformation team, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing large-scale cloud solutions using Microsoft technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Cloud Solution Design and Implementation

You will collaborate with our implementation teams to design and implement cloud solutions that meet customer needs, leveraging your expertise in Microsoft Azure and related tools.

Technical Leadership

As a technical leader, you will lead cloud solution design and scoping efforts, providing technical expertise and guidance to ensure successful project delivery.

Client Engagement

You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop compelling propositions, including technical proposals and presentations.

Team Management

You will manage small teams of pre-sales solution architects and oversee the work efforts of onshore and offshore teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and delivery.

Requirements
  1. Experience

A minimum of 5 years of experience in architecting, developing, and deploying large-scale solutions using the Microsoft cloud platform and ecosystem.

Technical Expertise

Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including Microsoft Azure, Power Platform, and related tools.

Leadership Skills

Proven ability to build, manage, and foster a team-oriented environment, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Analytical Skills

Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with incomplete and vague requirements.
