Primary Responsibilities
  • Supervise the maintenance, enhancement, and support of financial software
  • Ensure operational aspects and application uptime
  • Collaborate with infrastructure teams and lead the technical staff
  • Engage in the deployment of new technologies and integration strategies
  • Inform stakeholders about system modifications and challenges
  • Lead incident management initiatives and guarantee adherence to compliance
  • Manage vendor partnerships and cultivate robust business relationships
  • Facilitate skill development and team capabilities
Required Knowledge and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline
  • At least 7 years of experience leading a Level 3 Support team
  • Familiarity with Oracle PL/SQL, Cloud solutions, and ERP systems
  • Understanding of ITIL principles and change management
  • Excellent analytical and communication abilities
  • Experience with IT infrastructure and networking concepts
  • Knowledge of applications such as IFS, D365-FO, and Workato is considered advantageous
