Job Title: Business Services Officer

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Services Officer to join our team at AMAZING BAKERY.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, report preparation, and correspondence.
  • Office Management: Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, utilizing excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve conflict situations and monitor and evaluate office operations to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: MS Excel, MS Word, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, excellent written communication, flexibility, organized, reliability, ability to multitask, time management, adaptability, integrity, and team player.
Working Conditions:
  • Language: English.
  • Hours of Work: 30 hours per week.
