Fitness Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Fitness Attendant to join our team at Mike Wiegele Helicopter Skiing. As a Fitness Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the functions and activities of the massage department, including cleaning and appearance of the gym, whirlpool, and sauna areas.
Key Responsibilities- Organize and confirm massage requests and reservations
- Communicate with the Lodge and other departments
- Set an example for massage staff to follow procedures
- Assist and encourage staff to keep facilities secure, clean, and organized
- Implement departmental policies and procedures
- Participate in emergency planning and response
- Comply with occupational health and safety regulations
- 1-2 years' experience in the hospitality industry
- Certified yoga instructor
- Strong working knowledge of hospitality industry principles
- Good working knowledge of massage therapy
- Exceptional conflict resolution and negotiation skills
- Able to respond quickly in a dynamic environment
- High level of proficiency with resort booking software and Microsoft Excel
- $21.00 per hour, plus auto gratuities
- Season completion bonus $1 per hour
