**Key Responsibilities**

* Schedule and coordinate the activities of security personnel to ensure optimal coverage and response times
* Monitor and maintain the security equipment and machinery to ensure they are functioning properly
* Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any security vulnerabilities
* Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to ensure the safety and security of our clients and personnel
* Provide training and guidance to security personnel on security procedures, safety protocols, and company policies
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination

**Requirements**

* 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory role
* Participation in a government or community program or initiative that supports newcomers and/or refugees
* Support for newcomers and/or refugees with foreign credential recognition
* Participation in a government or community program or initiative that supports youth employment
* Participation in a government or community program or initiative that supports Indigenous people
* Permanent employment
* English language
* 30 hours per week
