Hatch is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Contract Administrator to join our Project Execution Group (PEG). We are a global team of experts dedicated to delivering world-class projects in mining, metals, infrastructure, and energy sectors. Your Role:

  • Manage the administration of construction contracts for large-scale projects, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and industry best practices.
  • Proactively oversee contract changes, track deliverables, and manage claims effectively to mitigate risks and optimize project outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with clients, project managers, and contractors to foster strong relationships and ensure seamless execution of contracts.
  • Maintain meticulous records, implement rigorous processes, and leverage technology to enhance contract management efficiency.
  • Provide timely and accurate reporting on contract status, identifying potential issues and proposing solutions to maintain project momentum.

Your Expertise:

  • 10+ years of proven experience in administering construction contracts for large-scale projects within the mining, metals, infrastructure, or energy sectors.
  • Strong understanding of contract law, procurement processes, and risk management principles.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills with a collaborative approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant contract management software.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Law (preferred).
