Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Vice President of Marketing and Digital Innovation to spearhead the expansion of the Intact Financial brand and enhance our market presence across Canada. Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will oversee the strategic formulation and implementation of comprehensive marketing and digital initiatives aimed at driving company growth through heightened brand visibility and optimized sales channels.
The successful candidate will possess a track record of developing effective performance marketing strategies that span the entire customer journey, focusing on ROI-driven programs while leading a results-oriented team. Your role will be pivotal in amplifying our brand recognition in Canada and propelling growth through the utilization of digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and articulate the Intact Financial brand vision. Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to develop and execute a long-term strategy that captivates Canadian audiences and fosters brand loyalty.
- Formulate and implement a revenue-focused marketing strategy in Canada, ensuring alignment of all cross-functional efforts with overarching growth objectives.
- Oversee all customer acquisition channels, working closely with the marketing team and cross-departmental partners to execute a cohesive revenue growth strategy.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the Canadian marketing landscape, defining and executing campaigns that drive revenue.
- Design and implement innovative marketing programs that enhance lead generation and brand awareness, ensuring accurate attribution of partner contributions and program effectiveness.
- Influence and collaborate across the organization to ensure a unified and impactful brand narrative that resonates throughout the Intact Financial portfolio.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, building authentic relationships and addressing potential impacts of brand initiatives on various teams.
