Restaurant Supervisor Job Description

Chachi's Marda Loop is seeking a skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand.
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Prepare and submit reports on inventory, sales, and other key performance indicators.
  • Maintain knowledge of our culinary genres and menu offerings.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, negotiating catering and facility use agreements.
  • Compile and analyze inventory reports to inform purchasing decisions.
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Food Safety Certificate.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks requiring lifting, bending, and standing.
