About the Role

Saatchi & Saatchi is seeking a seasoned Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive paid search strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their marketing goals and develop tailored solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our clients receive cutting-edge digital marketing services.
  • Manage and optimize paid search campaigns, including bid optimization, landing page optimization, and search remarketing.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to clients to improve campaign performance.
  • Contribute to new business pitches and help drive revenue growth.
  • Stay current on emerging trends and technologies to ensure our clients receive the best possible service.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM), preferably in an agency environment.
  • Strong technical SEM background and proven track record in paid search engine optimization.
  • Proficiency in SEM tools such as Google AdWords, Google Analytics, Search Ads 360, Bing Ads, and more.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex data in simple terms.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Ability to identify growth opportunities and drive business results.
  • Keen eye for detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of web development and JavaScript is an asset.
