Employment Details- Employment Duration: Permanent

- Working Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week
- Completion of a college, CEGEP, or equivalent program lasting 1 to 2 years
- Relevant experience may be considered
- On-site customer service is required
- Calculate and prepare payroll cheques
- Assess fixed assets and their depreciation
- Maintain and balance various accounts using both manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
- Prepare and manage general ledgers and financial statements
- Post journal entries accurately
- Generate statistical, financial, and accounting reports
- Prepare tax returns and trial balances
- Reconcile accounts effectively
- Proficient in accounting software
- Data analysis software expertise
- MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word, and MS Office knowledge
- Focus on Accounting
- Public transportation options are available
- A valid driver's license is required
- Willingness to travel may be necessary
- Strong attention to detail is essential
