As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our hydroelectric site operations. With a strong focus on attention to detail and organizational skills, you will ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of our site.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform data entry into our site database for payroll and cost data
- Process time sheets, expense reports, and other documentation
- Collect and forward necessary documentation for new hires and terminations
- Prepare weekly payroll summaries and maintain filing systems
- Coordinate travel arrangements and procure non-contract supplies
- Ensure timely completion of reports and tracking of cost variations
- Minimum 1-3 years' experience in administration, with hydro construction site experience preferred
- Ability to work with limited supervision and tight deadlines
- Punctual, reliable, and dependable
- Effective communication skills in English and French
- Ability to travel and work on remote sites
- Excellent computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office
