We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead our technology operations team at Wurth Canada Limited. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing IT strategies that drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a high-performance team of IT professionals, including IT Support, Applications, and Network/Database Administrators.
- Manage, evaluate, plan, and implement IT and Security best practices, systems, and methodology to enable Wurth Canada to grow and scale while maintaining compliance, integrity, and availability.
- Oversee all IT infrastructure across Canada for 500+ employees, including software, applications, and development activities.
- Work with internal managers to understand their needs, drive efficiencies, and scalability, while ensuring alignment with the Würth Group's global policies.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the future development of the IT department, spearheading major parts of the change management process to support Wurth Canada's growth into a multichannel company.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working in IT operations, growing, or setting up IT functions, and supporting large information technology projects.
- Proven track record of initiating process efficiencies and developing information technology processes and procedures from the ground up.
- Strong organization skills and ability to balance project work with urgent day-to-day tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Fully bilingual (French/English) is greatly preferred - verbal and written.
- Experience with an ERP migration is an asset.
