About the Role

Latesa Management Inc is seeking a skilled Concrete Finishing Assistant to join our team. As a Concrete Finishing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the project site.
  • Site Preparation: Assist in erecting and dismantling concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Mixing and Pouring: Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt as required by the project.
  • Cleanliness and Safety: Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Site Management: Direct traffic at or near construction sites to ensure the smooth flow of work.
  • Work Schedule: Work a regular schedule of 35 hours per week, with the possibility of overtime as required by the project.
  • Language: English is the primary language used on the job site.
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field is preferred.
