Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate access to computer networks for users.
  • Monitor and report on the functionality of computer systems and networks.
  • Assist users encountering technical difficulties with their computers.
  • Research and implement solutions by consulting user guides and technical manuals.
  • Provide training and advice to users based on identified challenges.
  • Maintain a log of problems and solutions for reference by other support analysts.
  • Contribute to the redesign of applications and software.
  • Oversee the work of other technical support staff.
