We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Host to join our team at Il Caminetto. As a Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm welcome and exceptional service throughout their dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a timely and efficient manner
- Manage the waiting list and communicate with guests who are waiting
- Maintain a clean and organized floor chart with available tables
- Anticipate customers' needs and provide direct assistance where possible
- Support service staff as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a guest-facing role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
