Server Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at Earls Whistler. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. This includes using your multi-tasking skills to anticipate and deliver on their needs, creating authentic connections in every interaction, and being a problem solver and supportive team player.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional service by anticipating and delivering on the needs of guests.
- Create authentic connections in every interaction and elevate the guest experience through fun, engaging, and meaningful conversations.
- Be a problem solver and a supportive team player, tackling problems using your multi-tasking and communication skills.
- Demonstrate your passion for the guest experience and display your love for food and drink through exceptional menu and product knowledge.

Requirements:
- 1 year of restaurant experience.
- A passion and commitment to hospitality, teamwork, and fun.
- A willingness to learn and an openness to feedback, coaching, and mentorship.
- A commitment to fostering a supportive and engaging experience for your team members and guests.
- The ability to legally work in Canada.
