About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team at Kainos. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for driving business value through the delivery of high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of business requirements and solutions, working closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, project managers, and technical teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business needs, and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  • Provide business analysis expertise to support the development of business cases, feasibility studies, and other business-related documents.
  • Develop and maintain business process documentation, including process maps, flowcharts, and other visual aids.
  • Identify and mitigate business risks, and develop strategies to minimize their impact.
  • Develop and maintain business metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business performance.
  • Provide training and support to business stakeholders on business analysis techniques and tools.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on business process improvement and change management.
  • Proven track record of delivering business value through the development of high-quality solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and analyze complex business problems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Experience with business analysis tools and techniques, including business process modeling, requirements gathering, and solution design.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a focus on delivering business value.
Desirable
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks.
  • Knowledge of business analysis frameworks and standards, including BABOK and IIBA.
  • Experience with business intelligence tools and technologies, including data visualization and reporting.
  • Ability to work in a cloud-based environment, with experience in cloud-based business analysis tools and technologies.
