About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team at Kainos. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for driving business value through the delivery of high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of business requirements and solutions, working closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, project sponsors, and team members.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business needs, and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  • Provide business analysis expertise to support the development of business cases, feasibility studies, and other business-related documents.
  • Develop and maintain business process documentation, including process maps, flowcharts, and other visual aids.
  • Identify and mitigate business risks, and develop strategies to minimize their impact.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the business, including its goals, objectives, and key performance indicators.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply that knowledge to drive business value.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on business process improvement and change management.
  • Proven track record of delivering business value through the development of high-quality solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate business risks.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of business operations and processes.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a focus on delivering business value.
Desirable Skills
  • Experience with business process modeling and analysis tools, such as BPMN or UML.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and principles.
  • Experience with data analysis and visualization tools, such as Excel or Tableau.
  • Ability to communicate complex business concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
