Under the supervision of the Chief Medical Technologist, you will collect and prepare specimens for standard analyses. You will conduct various routine Hematological, Microbiological, Biochemical, and Immunohematological tests in line with departmental protocols.

Work Schedule: Shifts include Days and Evenings, with hours such as 06:45 to 14:45, 07:00 to 15:00, 08:00 to 16:00, 09:00 to 17:00, and 12:00 to 20:00 (rotating).

Qualifications
  • Graduation from an accredited Medical Laboratory Technology program and current registration with the Canadian Society of Medical Laboratory Science.
  • At least one (1) year of recent relevant experience.
  • Preferred experience in all mentioned disciplines.
Skills and Competencies:
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to interact positively with others.
  • Physical capability to perform the responsibilities of the role.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in operating relevant laboratory equipment.
