About the Role

Toronto Community Housing is seeking a highly skilled Business Planner to join our team. As a Business Planner, you will play a key role in supporting the Division's strategic, operational, and business planning processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Division's annual business planning process, including the development of operational plans, budgets, and performance measures.
  • Facilitate policy and procedure development, ensuring input from stakeholders, including residents, staff, and management.
  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor the implementation of policies, protocols, and procedures for the Division.
  • Conduct research and prepare papers/reports on emerging issues and other topics as assigned.
  • Develop evaluation frameworks to support Division outcomes and conduct reviews of specific processes and practices.

Requirements

  • University undergraduate degree in social sciences or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in project management, policy analysis, performance measurement systems, research design, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of Housing Services Act and Residential Tenancies Act.
  • Experience in the non-profit/public housing sector is an asset.
