- Provide overall leadership for ECONYFC's programs, ensuring their relevance and effectiveness in alignment with the organization's vision and mission.
- Develop an annual strategic plan in collaboration with staff to advance ECONYFC's vision.
- Responsible for securing personal financial partnership support.
- Identify and apply for grants to support the administrative operations of the Chapter and Youth for Christ workers.
- Lead and oversee fundraising events organized by the Steering Committees.
- Create and maintain a prayerful and financial support team.
- Ensure regular personal contact with all support team members.
- Maintain a database of support team members.
- Support staff in their efforts to establish and maintain healthy ministry partnerships.
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure full deputation of all staff workers.
- Supervise the general operations of ECONYFC's administrative functions.
- Assist in the development and monitoring of the annual budget for ECONYFC.
- Supervise and assist in the development of annual budgets for Steering Committees.
- Oversee the administrative activities of ECONYFC's satellite operations.
- Ensure compliance with YFC Canada's policies and guidelines.
- Adhere to all applicable government regulations.
- Maintain up-to-date policy and procedure manuals for ECONYFC.
- Ensure implementation of Board-approved policies and procedures.
- Guarantee that adequate and well-maintained facilities and equipment are available for ECONYFC's programs and staff.
- Organize an annual off-site meeting for staff and Board members focused on spiritual rejuvenation, team development, and strategic planning.
- Participate in National YFC Ministry Conferences, Eastern Regional Retreats, and other YFC Canada initiatives.
- Bible-based principles as the foundation of our beliefs.
