Reception Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Reception Clerk to join our team at JEFAGRO TECHNOLOGIES INC. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, and maintaining a professional and welcoming environment for our clients and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Greet clients and visitors, respond to inquiries, and provide information on our services and policies.
- Administrative Support: Manage incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and faxes; maintain accurate records and files; and perform data entry tasks.
- Switchboard Operations: Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and transfer calls to the appropriate department or individual.
- Office Supplies and Maintenance: Order and maintain office supplies, ensure the front desk area is tidy and organized, and perform other administrative tasks as needed.
- Education: Other trades certificate or diploma
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years or equivalent experience
- Language: Bilingual
- Work Environment: Private sector, General office
