Reception Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Reception Clerk to join our team at JEFAGRO TECHNOLOGIES INC. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, and maintaining a professional and welcoming environment for our clients and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Greet clients and visitors, respond to inquiries, and provide information on our services and policies.
- Administrative Support: Manage incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and faxes; maintain accurate records and files; and perform data entry tasks.
- Switchboard Operations: Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and transfer calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Office Supplies: Order and maintain office supplies, including paper, toner, and other essential materials.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, correspondence, and other relevant information.
- Education: Other trades certificate or diploma, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team; proficiency in MS Office, Mac OS, and electronic mail.
