Reception Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Reception Clerk to join our team at JEFAGRO TECHNOLOGIES INC.
Job Summary:The Reception Clerk will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and performing administrative tasks to support the smooth functioning of our office.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Greet visitors, respond to phone calls, and provide information to clients and colleagues.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage the reception area, including answering phones, directing calls, and handling mail and packages.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform data entry, maintain accurate records, and assist with special projects as needed.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, clients, and vendors.
- Education: Other trades certificate or diploma.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently, and proficiency in MS Office.
