Job Title: Administrative Services Manager

Hamilton Dental is seeking an experienced Administrative Services Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating administrative services, evaluating department operations, and supervising staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Co-ordinate administrative services, including record management, security, finance, and human resources
  • Evaluate the operations of a department providing administrative services and make recommendations for improvement
  • Collect and record administrative and service fees, and assist in preparing annual budgets
  • Conduct research and plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
  • Direct and advise staff engaged in providing administrative services, including interviewing, hiring, and training
  • Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services
  • Supervise office and volunteer staff, including 5-10 people
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • Initiative and ability to work independently
