Job Title: Administrative Services Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Administrative Services Manager to join our team at Hamilton Dental. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating administrative services, evaluating department operations, and supervising staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Co-ordinate administrative services, including finance, purchasing, and human resources
  • Evaluate the operations of a department providing administrative services
  • Collect and record administrative and service fees
  • Assist in preparing annual budgets
  • Conduct research and provide reports to management committees
  • Supervise office and volunteer staff

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of experience in administrative services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills

Work Environment: The successful candidate will work in a dynamic and supportive team environment at Hamilton Dental. The position is permanent and full-time, with a 40-hour workweek.
