Key Responsibilities- Program Development and Implementation: Develop and implement comprehensive treatment programs that address the complex needs of individuals struggling with addiction.
- Leadership and Management: Provide strategic leadership and direction to a team of healthcare professionals, ensuring that they have the necessary resources and support to deliver high-quality care.
- Collaboration and Partnerships: Foster strong partnerships with traditional healers, community organizations, and other stakeholders to ensure that our programs are culturally sensitive and effective.
- Quality Improvement: Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives that ensure our programs are evidence-based, effective, and aligned with industry best practices.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Transformational Leader who has a proven track record of delivering high-quality healthcare services. You will have a Master's or Doctorate degree in Psychology, Counselling, Social Work, or a related field, along with at least 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within a substance use disorder treatment setting. Strong knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities and excellent communication skills are essential.
About the BenefitsThis role offers a competitive annual salary of $100k-$130k, along with extended health, dental, and vision coverage, pension with up to 9% employer match, life insurance, and more.
